WHEN IS MY SEASON PASS VALID?
Season Passes are valid from enrollment date until December 31, 2026. All course access is subject to course opening and availability. Shining Rock Golf Club reserves the right to host golf outings and other events that may result in course closures.
IS THERE AN INITIATION FEE?
A non-refundable application fee of $199 is applied to all Season Passes purchased after January 31, 2026.
IS THERE A CART PLAN or TRAIL FEE?
No. Golf cart rental is not included with unlimited greens fees.
IS GOLF CART RENTAL REQUIRED?
Yes, Shining Rock requires golf cart rental fees for play on the 18-hole championship course, whether or not players walk.
WHAT ARE PASSHOLDER FEES FOR THE ACORN?
Season Passholders pay just $10 to play the Acorn, subject to course opening and availability. Starting times may be required. Power cart usage is not permitted on Acorn.
WHAT ARE THE GOLF SHOP DISCOUNTS?
Season Passholders save 15% on all apparel purchased from the Golf Shop.
WHAT ARE THE PASSHOLDER-ONLY EVENTS?
Shining Rock offers a variety of exclusive, special events throughout the season, including a weekday league, competitive events like the Club Championship, and social events like Opening & Closing Day, the Shining Rock Invitational and many more.
CAN I PAY MONTHLY?
No. Season Passes are not a membership. A single payment is required for enrollment.
WILL I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THE CLUB?
Shining Rock Golf Club does not extend charging privileges.
IS THERE A WAIT LIST OR CAP ON SALES?
Participation is evaluated daily throughout the season against a variety of factors. We anticipate enacting a waitlist to preserve comfortable access to our courses. Players on the waitlist will be notified of availability in order of their assignment to the list.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR RESIDENTS, CORPORATIONS, SENIORS, STUDENTS OR JUNIORS?
No, there are not discounted rates within available Season Pass offerings.
CAN I PAUSE OR TRANSFER MY SEASON PASS?
Benefits apply to the Passholder only and may be subject to photo verification. Season Passes are nonrefundable & nontransferable. There are no prorations for mid-year enrollments or bad weather that may close the courses and there are no credits for medical leave or relocation.
CAN I ENROLL ONLINE?
We are not able to enroll Passholders online at this time. Players interested in purchasing a Season Pass must complete an Application/Information Profile and bring their payment to the Golf Shop.
